Lead statistics
Follow your AI campaigns from lead to meeting to revenue, with day-by-day call results, transfers, blocked calls and booked meetings.
Opening Statistics › Leads, choosing dates, expanding the LEADS rows by source, reading the CALLS table (answered, failed, blocked by Bigly), and exporting AI meetings and transfers.
The Leads statistics screen is the main dashboard for your AI agent. It follows each period from new leads, through calls and texts, to transfers, booked meetings and closed deals. Use it to see what's working, where calls are failing, and what each lead is costing you.
Before you start
- You need permission to view lead statistics. If Statistics › Leads is missing, ask your account owner.
- Mark meetings as Attended or No-Show on the Main calendar so the meeting rows are accurate.
Open the dashboard
- In the top navigation, click Statistics › Leads.
- Pick a start and end date in the date range picker at the top. Click Reset dates to return to the default period.
Every table on the screen updates to the dates you chose. Columns are dates (or periods), so you can compare day by day.

- Answered splits into By Human (for example Call Transferred, SMS Send, Meeting Booked, Scheduled Callback, Not Interested, Wrong Number) and By Automation (Voice Mail, VM Wrong Number, Bots).
- No Answered, User Busy, Error and Failed show calls that didn't connect.
- Blocked by Bigly shows calls Bigly stopped before dialling, for example Bad Number, RND Failure, Known Litigator Fail, Missing From Number, Geo Location, Out Of Schedule and Velocity.
Click a number in the failed or blocked columns to see the calls behind it.
The CALLS section of Statistics › Leads with the grouped column headers Answered (By Human, By Automation), No Answered, User Busy, Error, Failed and Blocked by Bigly.
Calls in Blocked by Bigly were stopped for compliance or quality reasons, such as calling outside allowed hours. See Compliance overview and Calling hours.
Export meetings and transfers
The AI MEETINGS, CALLS TRANSFERRED and CALLS SMS SEND sections each have an Export button.
- For CALLS TRANSFERRED and CALLS SMS SEND, pick a call length first if you want to narrow the list.
- Click Export.
- When the file is ready you get a notification with a download link. The link expires after 30 minutes.
Common questions
Why don't these numbers match Call statistics? Call statistics lists individual calls. This dashboard counts AI outcomes per period, and some figures are worked out ahead of time, so very recent calls can take a little while to appear.
Can I see results for one lead source only? Click a row in the LEADS table to expand it by source.
