Working with the main calendar

Opening Calendars › Main Calendar, switching views and users, adding a meeting by hand, editing a booked meeting and marking it Attended or No-Show.

The Main Calendar shows every meeting in your account in one place: meetings your AI agent booked during calls and texts, meetings leads booked on your booking page, and meetings you add yourself. Use it to check what's coming up, reschedule, and record whether each meeting actually happened.

Meetings are booked against an availability, which sets the bookable hours, slot length and who gets assigned. To set those up, see Availability.

Before you start

  • You need at least one availability so the agent and your booking page have times to offer. See Availability.
  • If you also use Google Calendar, Calendly or GoHighLevel, connect them first so their meetings show here too. See Integrations.

Open the calendar

  1. In the top navigation, click Calendars › Main Calendar.
  2. The calendar opens on the current period. The left panel shows a small date picker and a list of Upcoming Events.
  3. Use Today, and the back and forward arrows, to move through time.
  4. Use Calendar View: to switch between the daily, weekly and monthly layouts.
  5. Use Users: to show the meetings of one team member.

The header also shows Total Attended for the period you're looking at.

  2. The Edit Meeting window opens.
  3. Change the time, participants or reminders as needed.
  4. Set Status to Attended or No-Show once the meeting has taken place. New meetings start as Booked.
  5. Click Update.

To remove a meeting, open it and click Delete.

Keep the Status up to date

The Attended count on this screen, and the meeting figures in Lead statistics, use the status you set here. Marking meetings as Attended or No-Show keeps those numbers accurate.

Common questions

Who is a meeting assigned to when the AI books it? Meetings booked by the agent or on your booking page are shared out among the users listed under Users For Meeting Assingnment on the availability, in turn. See Availability.

Why can't the agent book a meeting for today? Same-day bookings are off unless Same day meeting is turned on under AI › Configure. See AI settings.

I deleted a meeting here. Is it removed from Google Calendar too? If the meeting came from a connected Google Calendar, deleting it in Bigly also removes it there. See Google Calendar.
