Managing campaigns from Scheduled Blasts

The Campaign / Blast Monitor list, filtering and sorting, reading the result columns for call and SMS blasts, pausing, resuming and cancelling, editing a call blast's daily schedule, viewing attempts, and re-blasting.

Scheduled Blasts is the control room for your campaigns. It lists your call campaigns and SMS campaigns, whether they're scheduled, running or finished, with their results side by side. From here you can pause or cancel a campaign, change a call campaign's daily schedule, or run it again.

Before you start

You create campaigns elsewhere:

Find a campaign

  1. Click Scheduled Blasts in the top navigation.
  2. Use the buttons at the top to show All Campaigns, Inprogress, Scheduled, Completed, Only Calls or Only SMS.
  3. Set From: and To: to limit the list to a date range.
  4. Use Sort by: to order by Created Date, Status, Total Contacts or Blast Type.

Each campaign shows its number (for example Blast #1234), type, status, when it was created and scheduled, how many contacts it has, the tags or list it was built from, and the intro it uses.

Read the results

The columns change with the campaign type:

Call campaigns that have run more than once show each run underneath as Attempt # with its own numbers.

For more detail on a call campaign, open it from the Calls page. For SMS, open it from SMS campaigns.

Troubleshooting

No blasts found. No campaigns match your filters. Click All Campaigns and widen the date range.

A campaign shows Contact list is missing. The list or tags it was built from were deleted. Create a new campaign.

A call campaign is running but its numbers aren't moving. It may be outside your calling hours, or calls may be blocked by compliance checks. See Calling hours and the Compliance overview.

A campaign was cancelled without anyone cancelling it. Campaigns stop automatically if your account can no longer be billed, for example when a subscription ends. Check Billing.
