A tour of Bigly integrations

Opening Integrations from the user menu, the difference between Connect, Options and Configure, and which integration to use for CRMs, calendars, lead ads and consent certificates.

Integrations connect Bigly to the other tools you use, so leads flow in automatically, meetings land on the right calendar, and call activity is logged in your CRM. You manage them all from the Integrations screen.

Before you start

  • You need permission to change account settings. If you can't open Integrations, ask your account owner.
  • Have a login for the other tool ready. Most integrations ask you to sign in to it and approve access.

Open the Integrations screen

  1. Click your initials in the top-right corner to open the user menu.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Each integration shows a button:
    • Connect: not connected yet. Click to sign in to the other tool.
    • Options: connected. Click to manage settings, sync or disconnect.
    • Configure: opens a form where you enter keys or IDs from the other tool.
