Bot activity statistics
Drill into the leads behind your AI agent's numbers, filtered by source and outcome, and see every AI call made to each lead.
Opening the lead list from AI › Bot Activity, filtering by source, outcome and period, and opening a contact's AI call history with recordings and transcripts.
The bot activity statistics screen lists the individual leads behind the totals on the AI Bot Activity tab. For each lead you see how many AI calls and texts they received, their funnel stage, deals and revenue. You can then open a lead to see every call the agent made to them.
Before you start
- You need the AI agent on your account and permission to view lead statistics.
- Read Bot activity first. That tab shows the totals by source; this screen shows the leads behind them.
Open the lead list
- Click AI in the top navigation, then the Bot Activity tab.
- In the Source column, click the name of the source you want to look at.
- The AI Bot lead list opens for that source and period.

Filter the list
Use the three dropdowns at the top:
- Source: the lead source, or All. When you choose All, a SOURCE column appears.
- Outcome: All, Booked, Attended, Failed, Wrong or Deals.
- Period: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.
The line above the table shows how many results match.
Columns explained
| Column | What it shows |

| CONTACT | Name, title and company. |
| SOURCE | Where the lead came from. Shown when the source filter is All. |
| STAGE | The lead's current funnel stage. |
| CREATED AT | When the lead was added. |
| NUMBER OF AI CALLS | How many calls the agent made to or received from this lead. |
| NUMBER OF AI SMS | How many texts the agent sent. |
| STATUS | SUCCEEDED, or FAILED when the number is invalid. |
| DEALS | Closed deals for this lead. |
| REVENUE | Total value of those deals. |
| TOTAL AI CALL LENGTH | Combined length of the AI calls. |
See a lead's AI calls
- Click the magnifier icon next to the number in NUMBER OF AI CALLS.
- The lead's call history opens, with the contact's name, title and company at the top.
- Each row shows CALL INITIATED AT, CALL INITIATED BY (AI Bot for outgoing calls, or the contact), DURATION, the numbers, and TRANSCRIPT/RECORD.
- Click the play icon to hear the call, or open the transcript.

Common questions
A lead shows FAILED. What does that mean? The lead's phone number was found to be invalid, so the agent couldn't reach them.
Why are Deals and Revenue empty? They fill in when deals are recorded against the contact.
