# HubSpot

> Keep your contacts in sync with HubSpot and log Bigly calls, texts and meetings on the HubSpot contact.

The HubSpot integration links your Bigly account to your HubSpot CRM. Once connected:

- Contacts you add or edit in Bigly are created or updated in HubSpot.
- Contacts created in HubSpot are added to Bigly, tagged **Hubspot**.
- Finished calls (with the transcript), text messages and booked meetings are logged on the matching HubSpot contact.

## Before you start

- You need a HubSpot login that can approve app access to your HubSpot account.
- A HubSpot account can only be connected to **one** Bigly account at a time.

## Connect HubSpot

1. Open the user menu (your initials, top right) and click **Integrations**.
2. On the **HubSpot** tile, click **Connect**.
3. Sign in to HubSpot and choose the HubSpot account to connect.
4. Approve the access Bigly asks for.
5. You return to **Integrations**. The HubSpot tile now shows **Options**.

## Import your existing HubSpot contacts

New contacts sync automatically, but contacts already in HubSpot need a one-off import.

1. On the **HubSpot** tile, click **Options**.
2. Click **Sync Contacts**.
3. Bigly confirms the sync has started. Contacts arrive in the background.

HubSpot contacts with neither an email nor a phone number are skipped. If a HubSpot contact matches an existing Bigly contact, the two are linked instead of creating a duplicate.

## What syncs

| From | To | What |
|---|---|---|
| Bigly | HubSpot | New contacts, and changes to first name, last name, email, phone or company. |
| HubSpot | Bigly | Contacts newly created in HubSpot. They get the **Hubspot** tag. |
| Bigly | HubSpot | Each finished call, with its length, direction, whether it connected, and the transcript. |
| Bigly | HubSpot | Each text message, logged as a note. |
| Bigly | HubSpot | Each meeting booked with the contact. |

Contacts imported into Bigly as part of a list don't sync to HubSpot.

## Disconnect HubSpot

1. Click **Options** on the **HubSpot** tile.
2. Click **Disconnect**.
3. Confirm with **Yes, Disable it!**

Syncing stops straight away. Contacts and activity already copied stay where they are.

## Troubleshooting

**This HubSpot account is already connected to another BiglySales account.** Each HubSpot account can only be linked to one Bigly account. Disconnect it from the other Bigly account first.

**The tile went back to Connect on its own.** HubSpot access expired or was revoked. Click **Connect** and sign in again.

**A call isn't showing in HubSpot.** Activity is logged once the contact exists in HubSpot. A brand-new contact can take a few minutes to sync first.
