# GoHighLevel

> Let your AI agent offer times from your GoHighLevel calendar and book meetings straight into it.

- Video: placeholder — "Connecting GoHighLevel" (not yet recorded)

The GoHighLevel integration links Bigly to one GoHighLevel calendar. Once connected:

- When your AI agent offers meeting times, it uses the open slots on your **GoHighLevel** calendar instead of a Bigly availability.
- When a meeting is booked, it's created in Bigly **and** as an appointment on your GoHighLevel calendar.
- If the contact doesn't exist in GoHighLevel yet, it's created there when the first meeting is booked.

Bigly doesn't copy your whole GoHighLevel contact list.

## Before you start

From your GoHighLevel account, get:

- The **Location ID** (sub-account) you want to book into.
- The **Calendar ID** of the calendar the agent should use.
- An **API Key** for that location.

## Connect GoHighLevel

1. Open the user menu (your initials, top right) and click **Integrations**.
2. On the **GoHighLevel** tile, click **Configure**.
3. Enter the **Location ID**, **Calendar ID** and **API Key**.
4. Click **Connect To GoHighLevel**.
5. Bigly checks the details with GoHighLevel. When they're accepted, the page reloads and shows **GoHighLevel is connected**.

## Change the connected calendar

Once connected, the fields are locked. To use a different location or calendar:

1. Click **Disconnect** and confirm with **Yes, Disable it!**
2. Click **Configure** again and enter the new details.

## Troubleshooting

**Unable to connect.** One of the three values is wrong, or the key doesn't have access to that location. Check them in GoHighLevel and try again.

**The agent offers no times.** The GoHighLevel calendar has no free slots in the period. Check its availability in GoHighLevel.

**A meeting is in Bigly but not in GoHighLevel.** Make sure the connection is still active on the **Integrations** screen, then contact support with the meeting time.
