Connect Facebook so that every time someone submits one of your lead ad forms, they're added to Bigly as a contact. You choose which Facebook pages and which forms feed Bigly.

## Before you start

- You need a Facebook login that manages the Facebook page your lead ads run on.
- Check the field names in your lead forms. See [How form fields are matched](#how-form-fields-are-matched).

## Connect Facebook

1. Open the user menu (your initials, top right) and click **Integrations**.
2. On the **Facebook** tile, click **Connect**.
3. Sign in to Facebook and allow access to the pages you want to use.
4. You return to **Integrations**. Click **Options** on the **Facebook** tile.

## Choose your pages and forms

1. On the Facebook options screen, find the page your ads run on.
2. Click **Connect** next to the page.
3. Click **Page Forms** under the page to open its list of lead forms.
4. Click **Connect** next to each form that should send leads to Bigly.

Only connected forms send leads. Click **Disconnect** next to a form or page to stop it.

## How form fields are matched

Bigly reads the answers from your form and fills in the contact automatically. It recognises common field names, for example:

| Contact field | Form field names Bigly recognises |
|---|---|
| Phone | phone_number, phone, mobile, mobile_number, cell, cell_phone, telephone, work_phone |
| Email | email, email_address, work_email |
| First name | first_name, firstname, fname, given_name |
| Last name | last_name, lastname, lname, surname, family_name |
| Full name | full_name, fullname, name (split into first and last name) |
| Street | street_address, street, address |
| City | city |
| State | state, province, region |
| ZIP | zip_code, zipcode, zip, postal_code |
| Company | company, company_name, organization |

A question with any other name, such as mobile_no or postcode, is ignored without warning. Use Facebook's standard questions where you can. If leads arrive without a phone number, check the form's field names first.

## What happens when a lead arrives

- The lead is added as a contact, marked as a form-fill lead from that page and form.
- If the person is already a contact, Bigly matches them instead of creating a duplicate.
- If your account is set to start the AI campaign for every new inbound lead, the agent begins following up.

## Disconnect Facebook

To stop one page or form, click **Disconnect** next to it. To remove Facebook completely, click the **Disconnect** button at the bottom of the options screen and confirm with **Yes, Disable it!**

## Troubleshooting

**Leads aren't arriving.** Check that both the page **and** the form show **Disconnect** (meaning they're connected). Send a test lead from Facebook's lead ads testing tool.

**Leads arrive without a phone number or name.** The form's field names don't match the table above. Rename the questions or switch to Facebook's standard questions.
